> Fortes, Evandro Henke

​

  • Evandro is an agroindustrial specialist with 30 years experience in the private sector with national and multinational corporations.

  • He has actively participated in the structuring and implementation of several agroindustrial projects in Latin America and Africa, through various postings and senior positions in Brazil, Venezuela, Ghana and Angola.

  • His extensive work experience range from project development and land management, to the entire management and implementation of existing and pioneering greenfield agricultural and industrial operations, comprising all stages of the agricultural spectrum (from project design and development of the strategic vision and business plan, soil preparation, construction of all infrastructure, incl. buildings and industrial facilities, development of technological package, harvesting, machine park maintenance, to the operation and controlling of the agro-industrial operations, incl. the production of sugar cane, corn, soy, rice, beans, cassava and vegetables).

  • He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering (Escola Superior de Agricultura – ESALQ), University of São Paulo (USP), and a post graduation in Environmental Management (USP) and MBA in Management (FGV).

> Levermann, Ralf Arno

  • Co-Founder of AGREENOVA Ltda., 4I.Green S/A Group, and MOZIL S/A. 

  • 26 years with Deutsche Bank (DB Group), in Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Asset Management, through various postings and senior positions in Germany, Portugal, Singapore and in Brazil, further to a short intermezzo in France.

  • Responsible Director for DWS Investments, Brazil (DB Group), before leaving the firm to become Partner at 4I.Green S/A, Brazil.

  • At Deutsche Bank, Ralf was the responsible product developer of the globally successful multi-billion-USD `DWS Global Agribusiness Fund`. At DB Group he also developed several other open-ended investment funds, private equity funds and other successful investment vehicles. At 4I.Green Group he participated in the development of several agricultural projects and studies in Latin America and Africa. He is also project developer for agricultural projects at the Brazilian Think Tank FGV, the Getulio Vargas Foundation.

  • Ralf, an Africa-born German, completed a Banking Trainee Program at Deutsche Bank, is Certified Financial Consultant Ruhr-University, Bochum, Germany (in connection with DB), and possesses  an MBA from FGV, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

> Longhini, Wolney Ernesto

  • Agroindustrial specialist with more than 30 years experience in the private sector with national and multinational corporation, through various postings and senior positions in Angola, Brazil, Cuba, Ecuador, Mozambique, and in Peru.

  • Wolney`s expertise include strategic planning, value chains analysis and development, preparation of feasibility studies, operational and controlling plans, strategic development, further to production management, and management of large teams and their individual training;

  • Responsible Director, and General Manager for several large-scale agroindustrial projects, including Biocom, Angola, a 30.000ha sugar cane plantation and industrial unit (sugar: 500t/h, ethanol: 30k m3/y, and electricity: 160k MWh/y), 420.000ha Agricultural Development Park, Angola, Phase 2 of a USD 165mn irrigation system, Ecuador, Planning, implementation and management of 4.500ha cash crop farm, Pungo Andongo, among several others projects; 

  • Wolney holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering (Escola Superior de Agricultura – ESALQ), University of São Paulo (USP), and a MBA in Corporate Finance (IAG/PUC, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), and a MBA in Corporate Management (EAESP, Sap Paulo, BrazilFGV, with an international module at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University).

> Mendes de Souza, Juliano Paulo

  • Founder or co-founder of numerous businesses in Brazil and abroad, incl. AGREENOVA, 4I.Green S/A, Brazil, Palma Tech Reflorestadora Ltda., Mozil S/A.

  • Juliano is a Registered Lawyer and Managing Partner of AGREENOVA Ltda., and further Project Manager and Consultant at FGV Projects - a business unit of FGV Foundation, and a Global Top 30 Think Tank.

  • Agribusiness law specialist with more than 18 years practice in particular in the Brazilian vegetable oil industry, incl. land ownership and environmental issues, tax planning, corporate and regulatory affairs.

  • He is further legal adviser to food & biofuel projects in Brazil, Central America, Caribbean and Africa.

  • Juliano has a law degree from PUC/SP, specialization in Business Finance from Business School São Paulo and Tax Law from FGV (GV/Law).
